my mum's nagging...
been going out continuously for the past few consecutive days. think i spend more time outside than i am awake at home. haha...
yst was NJ crashing day. me, fel, den & chye keong went back tgth. den & i were on our way to the hall for assembly when sharon phua came walking our way. i immediately freaked out and abandoned den. i'd only make matters worse if i stayed, so i hurriedly found a corner to hide myself from her sight. haha...it's such an irony we went back for assembly since we were always finding ways and means to skip it in the past when we had to be present for it.
afterward, it was FOODY time! i really feel so rich in NJ...everything's so cheap & discounted! i shudn't have been so stingy back then..i'll definitely be going back for more cheap meals in future...we ate, talked, watched, took pics and hung ard the sch for a while b4 fel drove back to my house in chye keong's car. another benefit of owning a car...why muz cars be so ex in sg?!!! we played bridge tgth (since it's so rare to have exactly 4 players) and had lunch b4 splitting up. i immediately knocked out till dinner time aft sending them off. it's been eons since i've been awake to watch the sun rise. my biological clock's just not attuned to it yet...
i stayed in town the entire day tdy. met up with sarah chian. haha, tt girl's memory is juz impressive...she's the last link i have to all those good ole pri sch days...haha...she evn remembers how we met!! amazing! come to think of it, i act enjoyed my pri sch days better (with all the lost memories) than i did in sec sch. she juz brightens up the classroom.
went on to meet den aft tt. we juz idled at starbucks b4 doing some browsing-cum-shopping at ps. ck joined us aft his work & haircut. it's been a really long time since we met up, it's really hard to find a suitable timing i guess...
got screwed by my mum juz now...been goin out too often & too late at night...she nagged a bit when i came back to take the car out earlier, and she evn stayed up to wait for me to return. the other time she stayed up to wait for me was when i took the car out without permission. this time, i was expecting a call from her, but i din know if my gut feeling would play me out, so i chose to ignore it. haha, turned out i was wrong.
there she was, with a black face, sitting on the couch staring at me when i came back...heh, i haven't seen her look so stern in ages...at least not to me!! lol...at least she's gone to bed now...no more questions. whew! i think there'll be a part 2 tmr...hee hee
guess i won't be venturing out for too long tmr...better stay home for majority of the day to placate her...
