tmr's the last day the calls will be coming to sg; from next wk onwards, all the calls will be directed to the call centre in malaysia!! haha, tt's incredibly great news!! i've been looking forward to it for ages alr!! once the calls get diverted over there, i'll jus be on standby in sg!! haha, tt's so slack!! and hopefully, if nothing goes wrong, i'll be quitting at the end of this month!! yay!! finally, a delayed end! considerin how much complaints i have abt this job, it sounds amazing tt i've act managed to last for over 4 months!! haha, i wonder who'll be my last caller?! one gd thing tt came out of this job: it has confirmed, double confirmed, triple confirmed tt i'm not suited, not 1 single bit cut out for the service line!! haha, like msot ppl, i prefer being served instead!! but now, i'm more patient and emphatic towards call centres, heh :)

yst at work, i discovered my colleague's huge collection of mp3 on the network!! wa, utter joy. haha, me and my colleague happily muted our phones and started copying the files into our drives!! lol...it was so fun!! talking abt the phones, tt idiot slacker, i haf no idea wad he did, but when i came back over the wkend, i found out tt the calls only come to me and my other colleague b4 hitting the voicemail, ie. the calls do not reach the slacker! i almost killed him!! he is damn scheming!!! and i'm only tolerating this because the calls will be diverted to malaysia soon!! urgh!!

in the past, i'd get so irritated whenever the callers ask for my name, juz a quirk of mine. i've ever got mistaken for "felicia, alicia, celestia..." but the worse of them all is "flame". haha, and i din evn bother to correct that guy, he even commented my name was cool!! lol, of cos it's cool, doh!! but back to present, i no longer care abt giving them my name or extension for tt matter, haha, cos they'll nv be able to find me again aft tmr!!! lol, blaze off!!
