working is becoming more of a chore than anything else these days. urgh, i'm so unwilling to come to work, though i'm utterly thankful that the management here is 'flexible' as they term it. i can go jalan jalan during work claiming to need a break from the painful customers; i can take over an hr to get back from lunch though i've not done that in ages. haiz, but as usual, the callers can be so irritating at times. they just refuse to be independent.

i had this client who called up yst and complaining that we didn't update the latest price on his holdings page when really, its because he was just blind and didn't notice that section. for goodness sakes, ask something more constructive! how dummy guide does this thing have to be?! and it's not some ah soh whose english is CMI asking such questions!

i'm prob in an irritable mood tdy, better not ans too many phone calls, lest i lose my patience and risk getting complained against. haha...
