habits don't die hard like what most ppl say. they actually come and disappear faster than you think they do. all you need is some time to condition your mind to ignore and neglect it's existence, and before you know it, poof, it's gone. it's all in e mind that you experience a sense of uneasiness. and for a period of time, e mind is unused to it not being there when it used to. tt sense of loss induces us to think tt it's impossible to do without tt particular habit of ours. but truth is, the brain has a much larger capacity than we actually know. only because we're dealing with unfamaliar territory doesn't mean we can't make it there. just because we dunno how to stretch the brain doesn't mean we shouldn't try. it's not simple to induce ourselves to let it go, but when we do, we won't even realise it's gone. if it was as easy as it seemed, it won't be called a habit alr.
i din see it as a habit, reading too much too often into it. i shud jus let it pass. time can heal all wounds, it can form new habits to replace old ones too. in time, you won't even realise that you've alr learnt to let it all go...
