tdy's stay-home-complete-puzzle day turned out to be a day of shopping!! oh man, my puzzle's still not completed yet!! so slow!! haha...was juz happily piecing e pieces this afternoon when my sis dragged me out to do some heartland shopping...ya, we ended up at ang mo kio but there was really nothing to buy, except for their v famous curry puff which wasn't as great as everyone made it sound yet had a hefty pricetag of 90 cents!! so we headed for a more exciting heartland place, toa payoh!! TPY is a much betta location for shopping...more clothes to browse ard and it had a bigger premise...more variety...bought myself this new pair of pants from giodano at 50% discount...haha, even though i rarely wear pants becos of sg's weather, e pants were really nice...couldn't resist it...here's e best part, they had no size for e pants, so e pair i bought is a snug fit...tt'll make me keep in shape n lose weight so i can fit more comfortably into it!! lol:) incentive measure...
we were waiting for our parents to pick us up near e hdb hub area...when we ran into DUCRO n mrs ducro!! oh man, wad luck...haha, luckily we were on opp sides of e path, n i was wearing my hat(bad hair day!) so wasn't all tt recognisable...lol:) couldn't believe it was them, but their little cute son wasn't with them...i nv thot of ducro as a loving husband but tdy when i saw him with his wife, they were holding hands n strolling off together!! haha, quite an unbelievable sight...
they were having pasar malam at tpy...so popped down to take a look...haha, ended up buying 3 more 1000 piece puzzles to do...lol, it was super cheap...3 for $10, how to miss right?! haha...i've come to realise thru jigsaw puzzle tt i'm no longer as patient as compared to b4. can find myself losing patience halfway and juz wanting to give up...nv had such probs in e past...but seriously, jigsaws are v efficient tools for increasing tolerance levels....it really pushes u to the limit, esp when e no of pieces start to increase...haha...short-tempered individuals shud take up jigsaw as a hobby!! lol:)
argh!! the monster won wimbledon!!! omg!! tt's terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
